Considering becoming a founding member? Here are answers to some common questions.

When are you planning to open?

We are aiming to open in Spring 2026. April 1st is our milestone! Stay up to date via our WhatsApp and Newsletter for live updates.

Our healing space may be open earlier, as soon as February 2026.

When does my founding membership start?

You do not need to initiate your membership when we open. You can choose to start it whenever you'd like, and that will be the anniversary date of your membership.

How long will the presale price be available?

Presale pricing is available until February 23rd, 2026 or until we reach $100K in founding membership funding.

How does payment work?

You can secure the founding membership of your choice by submitting a payment via Venmo or Wire Transfer, depending on the membership.

To get the founding member rate, please submit the one-time membership fee (no payment plans available) via the payment instructions included at the bottom of the membership page.

What's included in the bathhouse admission?

Our bathhouse will open with a large communal sauna and a cold plunge pool.

As Oxytocin grows, we plan to expand our bathhouse to also include a hot tub and steam room.

Showers will be available to all guests, as well as towels for rent.

What kind of events are part of the class packs?

Complimentary classes included in your membership? Congrats! Our gatherings are warm and sweet spaces to meet amazing people.

We will aim to have 5-10 events per week at Oxytocin. These events will feature standard classes such as yoga, qi gong, 'house concert' style live events, sound healings, wellness workshops, and other unique educational offerings from around the world.

Can I transfer any credits?

We would like your credits to be used by your fine self 🙂

What is the refund policy?

By the time these founding memberships are published, Oxytocin will already be underway working to open our business. So rest assured, we will be opening soon!

Since these funds will be used to help build out our space, we cannot refund membership payments once they are submitted.*

If you are unsatisfied with your membership once our business is up and running, please speak with a member of the Oxytocin team and we will do our best to adjust your membership investment to meet your needs.

You may request a refund if our opening date is delayed past June 1, 2026.

Can I tour the space before joining?

Sure, we'd love to show you around. Private tours will be available for those considering a Lifetime, Bonfire, or Bubbling Kettle membership.

Can I upgrade my membership?

You are welcome to upgrade your membership within the first 3 months of Oxytocin's opening.

What if I move away or can't use my membership?

Oxytocin hopes to open multiple locations throughout the United States over the coming years.

If you move to a location where Oxytocin is not operating within the timeline of your founding membership, you are welcome to pause your membership indefinitely. Refunds or user transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis for Lifetime Memberships.

What is the Complimentary Custom Consultation?

‘Complimentary Custom Consultations’ are free 15-30 minute health assessments with selected practitioners within the Oxytocin healing space. These consultations are great ways to launch a treatment program with one of the very talented service providers at Oxytocin. Examples include Thai Massage, Psychotherapy, Chiropractic, and other unique bodywork methodologies.
