Goddess Dance Flow and the Wolf Moon

The Goddess Flow is intended to help you connect your mind, body, and soul in a liberating, sensual, and intuitive way, awakening and honoring the divine feminine within you and around you. This workshop experience will have a combination of breath work/ pranayama, chanting, a guided vinyasa sequence, free flowing movement, sounding, energy practice, and a sharing circle in the end around the altar. The altar is made of flowers, crystals, and inspiring items. You are welcome to contribute to it creatively. This experience is open to all and all gender identities are encouraged.

This experience will be a co-creation designed for you to express yourself authentically in a creative and empowering way, in community.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle (tea will be served during and after the sharing portion) and a journal.
