Join herbal connoisseur and mindfulness teacher Margaret Easter for a shamanic tea journey.
We will explore three different plant allies--taking time to meditate and communicate with them before learning about their medicinal properties. Afterwards, combine different herbs to create your own tea blend, a great treat for yourself or a gift for someone special!
